Concert Band is the foundation from which we study tone quality, technique, musicianship, and aural skills. Concert Band is a requirement to be part of the band program at Bourbon County High School. The Concert Band explores traditional band repertoire, transcriptions, and contemporary works. The class is open to grades 9-12. Chair placement into the Concert Band will be determined by audition at the beginning of each semester. Pep Band is required of all Concert Band members.
